In the past week I've connected to AOL's Live Technical Help/Billing Help feature and it has been very helpful. I always thought AOL had poor customer support but the service people I've talked to were nice. I've only asked little minor things (i.e. Where is the Filter Features on AOL I can't find it?), but they told me in a minute. If I had called on the phone it probably would have taken longer.
