I tried that but it won't do it. A box pops up but I forgot what it says. It is my friends computer and he uses a Geforce 2 and has the right driver installed but the ati drivers are still there from an Radeon card he tried. The geforce is running kind of jerky when you play 3D intense games. Are the ati drivers the reason? It didn't do it untill the ati drivers were installed.

Why did he swap out the Radeon for the GeForce 2 and then back again? First of all, I would put in the Radeon card if possible and try uninstalling again.

It was the other way around. Geforce, Radeon, Geforce. He was testing the radeon for me. It was't working and I wanted to make sure it was really broken before I sent it in to be fixed. I will tell him to try puting the radeon back in.
