I'm wanting to make a little website so people can download certain files and I'm having some difficulty finding a free webhost that has any appreciable bandwidth allowance. All the webhosts I have seen have these huge shiny arrows that point to all the irrelevant sh*t but no one wants to talk about bandwidth, which is the only thing I care about.
So, I would like to know if anyone knows of a webhosting service that offers a usable bandwidth cap for less than, oh. . . . . .$20/a month. Right now, I'm going through Angelfire and the only thing that goes down more often than my website is a suckjob artist in a Tijuana pony show.
(My apologies to Tom Robbins.)
