OpenTechSupport.net is not affiliated with AOL. To cancel your AOL account, I suggest you look at your billing statement to find a customer service phone number, or go to AOL's Customer Service Contact Information (http://www.aol.com/info/info.adp) webpage to find that information.

Unfortunately, you can not cancel any aol account via internet or email. You will have to call the AOL Billing 800# and ask for the cancellation department to do this. They will of course offer you 2 free months when you do this but I highly suggest you decline. At that time, they will proceed to tell you that your account will close on the next billing cycle and you will say "please close my account effective immediately" and they will do so. This is a fact. Let me know if this helps.
