What is the approximate time to download a 20 second video clip at 57.6 kbps?? Is it 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 20 minutes?

Download speed doesn't depend on the running time of the video file, it depends on how big that file is ... a 20-second realvideo file will have a different download time than, say, a 20-second avi file or a 20-second mov file...
