Taken from the Inquirer (http://www.theinquirer.net/20060104.htm):
According to the newspapers, Microsoft executives dislike the fact MP3 is free and wants the world+dog to use its dastardly WMA music format.
When XP is released, users will have a choice between WMA and MP3 but Microsoft is bringing top quality to its own format while offering inferior quality on the MP3 format.
That will dissuade folk from downloading a better version of MP3 and they'll end up using WMA, the papers think.
 WM what? Who? ...:D
