AOL problems

I can no longer access the AOL Health/Drug Database website. When I try, it just freezes up and I have to do: Control/Alt/Delete. Aol has walked me through everything, nothing has helped. ( I already knew and did all of this) Is my only option to uninstall my 8.0 and re-install it? I did everything, that I've learned between Windows and AOL, nothing as worked. This is the only website that freezes up on me.
