Does MSN support v.92? Just asking because I just moved to a new apartment and am using a friends dial-up account, and I didn't know if the did support v.92..

Whats the advantage of v.92 over .90?

they work faster,, quick connect and they all have the voice software of one kind or another,, which in theory ,, u can answer the phone while putting the internet on hold,,

Sounds great,, huh?

If i could only get it to work

the info should be in the tech support area. if it isnt, email them.

lets see, you have updated MOH drivers, properly installed netwaiting (needs to be installed in a specific order), and its set to startup on boot. your call waiting is NOT disabled via the dialing program.

correct?

Ok,, sometimes my brain takes a long time to catch on,, so i do NOT disable the call waiting,, by a check mark,, or *70, ,, is this true<<

The instructions say to do it,,

Well if that doesn't take the cake,,
i bet i have spent everyday for at least four hours searching for what was wrong..

thank you,,

call waiting must be disabled for regular dialup, or youll get booted off everytime someone calls. MOH uses call waiting, so it must be enabled.

you don't know how happy you have made me,,,,,,

This has been the problem all along,,

all of the instructions say to disable call waiting,, but do not give a reason,, i figured that they know more than me,,
