Elusive company??

G'day,

I have just bought an Olympic OTC-1460 Wireless Optical Mouse, but didn't get the driver with it. I have tried looking for the company on the net, but only can find Olympia and Olympus. Does anyone have a clue why I can't find this company, or does anyone know where I can find the driver for that particular mouse?

Already tried searching through Google. Surely this company must have a website, if not it has to be a subdivision of another company or something. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

The manufacturer should be Olympic Technologies or some such ... when you bought the mouse, did it come in a box? The web site address might be located on the box or the documentation ... was the mouse OEM?

If you bought the mouse just coz it's dirt-cheap, I say just return the thing from where you bought it - a lot of better companies sell cheap, decent mice... the hassle just ain't worth it for that one...

apparently, they only sell them in australia. its either a startup, or theyre about to go under :p

id agree, take it back. if that thing dies under warranty, you cant even find the company to return it :D

I'm pretty sure Olympic is an existing Aussie company. I have seen quite a few of their products around, but you are probably right, i should just take it back and get a different one (so frustrating when this happens eh). Thanks for the advice.
