Hey people,
I'm at school right now and our wonderful system admin (school bord employee that comes once in a while) disables various things around the computer using Poledit. I didn't know this until late last year, when I ran a couple of searches and discovered this little tool. I found a copy and used it to enable what I felt like enabling. The computer I'm using right now has an onboard sound card, but its drivers are missing and it doesn't work. However, I can't access the Device Manager - I haven't found a way, using Poledit or otherwise, to get around that one. The Device Manager tab is simply not in the 'My Computer' properties. I need to find a way to get around that, get the Device Manager back and enable the sound card. If anyone knows how to do this, help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
