I have Hotmail Extra Storage and two days ago the entire account was emptied. Not just my inbox, but all of my folders and such. Any ideas? I've not been able to find anywhere to actually contact Hotmail. All emails come back to me and the phone support says there is no tech support for hotmail. Should I contact my ISP and see what they can do?
PS- I wasn't over my storage limit :)
This account runs my entire business, I'm dead without the info!

Your ISP has absolutely nothing to do with Hotmail. It would be a total dead-end for you to contact your ISP.
Hotmail's servers sometimes just die, deleting the contents of your account. Or someone may have stolen your password and deleted all your mail, which is a possibility but is *extremely* unlikely.
I'm not going to lecture you on the fact that it's a bit silly and horribly unprofessional to run a business from Hotmail. Why not just pay the extra money and get your own domain? Then you'd *know* what happens to your mail, and your e-mail would come from you@yourbusinessname.com.
Hotmail has no phone customer support, but if you check their contact page (http://www.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/ua_info.asp?pg=contact_hotmail&_lang=EN&ispanehelp=1). Near the bottom of the page, it gives you an option to e-mail customer support with your questions. Have you tried that?

Thanks for your help. I've contact hotmail at support@hotmail.com with an auto response telling me it isn't a monitored email account and I will not be receiving a response.
My 'business' is self employment (market research) and a domain name would not serve me. Thank you for your advice.

Okay, have you actually used the actual link in the 'contact us' page? Don't e-mail them at support@hotmail, use the actual contact link. ;)

Yes, I've gone through their contact information page and clicked through to report my specific problems. I receive no response from this.
I have received auto-responses but these give me no insight.
