how can I get access to the BIOS-Setup in order to change the
Boot-sequence ( A,CDROM,C )

I think for a compaq, from a fresh boot, press F10 to enter the Bios. If that does'nt work, try F2, or hold down on the (delete) key when your computer first starts comming up.
