Hey everyone I just wanted to know where I can find the modification for cs 1.5
I want to know where i can download the program that says that amount of damage done to and by people. and if i can use it on my home computer not a server=\

There exist no client-side mods for CS other than those that simply alter the appearances of guns and people.

The only way to use that mod is if you host a server on your own computer and then apply it.
