Msn Email

I AM USING MSN MAIL. WHEN CHECKING MY EMAIL I FIND ALL OF MY MESSAGES FROM MY INBOX MISSING. I DID NOT DELETE THEM. I DID A RESTORE USING MSN'S BACKUP BUT BEING THAT THEY DO THEM EVERY 15 MINUTES THE INFO WAS NOT THERE. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO RECOVER THESE MESSAGES.

I emailed MSN about the problem. They told be to go to my sign
in page and do a Control Shift F9. This resets all your email settings
as of their last backup. They do their backups every 15 minutes.
Because of this the last backup apparently did not include my old
messages. I emailed them back stating that this did not solve my
problem. I never did get a reply back. Any ideas? I was wondering
if somehow these messages are on my hard drive. Some of the things
that I am reading on the internet are saying these messages are not
deleted that they are somehow just not being retreived.
