View Full Version : NVIDIA GeForce MX/MX400 driver version 52.16 error

I need help badly on the new NVIDIA GeForce MX/MX400 drivers that I installed. The version written is 52.16 or something. After I installed this driver, my games cant work properly anymore. It looks like this - http://www.geocities.com/darnpunk/spoiled.jpg and I wonder if it has to do with anything with the driver settings cos it only happens to games. The text seems to be folded or overlapping each other. Another obvious problem is that the textures and images of the games I played (like FIFA 2004 demo, Rayman 2) have like red outlines around them. Either that or the textures seems to be vibrating and shaking. This is weird as it only happens when I run a game. Might be my settings. Enlighten me. I hope someone can solve this issue!

I installed Star Wars Galaxies on my computer and updated all of my NVIDIA drivers (NVIDIA RIVE TNT model 64), and I can log onto the game and when I press PLAY, it shuts the game down and tells me that my Direct3D is unable to initialize with an error box. I've ran the troubleshooting tool on the video card and the 3d settings and it says there are no problems with the tests, and that there are no driver conflicts. The only thing that happened while I was installing all of the updates for the game from the server is that I lost my internet connection (dial up sucks!) and had to restart the connection.

Any Ideas?
