Electronic development information request

Please anyone help. Who knows any reliable company where I can order development of electronic devices. I need to make a project (electronic device) from scratch, but not too expansive. Anyone knows?

Sorry to confuse you, but I need company that will help me decide what do I need and then maybe even build it. I’m not too big in electronics, I know how to use them but when it comes to fixing it or putting it together I try to stay aside. I need someone who will take general description of device and will make a consulting to me on what it will look like, how much is it going to cost, etc. Then to design, and would be great if build also. Then maybe even keep making for me (if price will be considerable).
