Warranty on what?
They'll replace the media if it's defective within a certain period of time.

It sounds like two separate issues...a defective drive and an expansion set that doesn't work. if you had to replace a drive, did you reinstall the drivers?
I agree tech support at Blizz can be at times frustrating but they have to deal with 10 million players who speak 5 million languages who play on 1 million different systems (including all the configurations that Dell's marketing team can think up) with 7 (count them) seven online techs. Even that number is suspect these days with employees leaving for this and that.

What exactly is the problem? Are you having trouble installing it? Playing it? Connecting? You can't have your problem solved w/o telling us what it is...

They might replace it if you have all the materials it had. Check here: http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=adt0133p
Hope it helps.

The problem is that when I put the game in my CDRW drive it says that it cant read the disc and press retry. I have already replaced my CDRW drive and it still continues to do the same crap. Diablo II is the only game that does this to me and its not my system requirements because I have 2ghz and 256mb ram and that should make it run easy. The only way that I can get it to work is re-installing it but after I quit playing the game after a while if I try to play the game it says that it cant read the disk and press retry.

Should have told us about that before you replaced all your disc drive stuff...
