BG2 - Demogorgon's Lair

Well, I'm at Watcher's Keep trying to kill the Demogorgon ... with emphasis on TRYING ... how do you kill this frickin double-baboon headed monstrosity anywayz? I've restored about five times and I still can't kill him ...

To anyone's who's playing Baldur's Gate II and was crazy enough to go into Watcher's Keep - what tips can you give on how to kill this mofo?

Watchers keep is part of the expansion laggy.

I asked for some tips from the assistant lead QA guy, and he says to focus all your attacks on the demogorgon, and completely ignore everything that the demogorgon spawns. Supposedly, if you attack any of the spawns, the gets harder.

He also says to keep your healer a safe distance away hehe
