Problems With Original AVP

I know nothing about computers. A couple of years ago i got my computer upgraded with all new hardware. I also bought the original Aliens Versus Predator. I can't seem to get it to work. I have a Voodoo 3 graphics card, DirectX 6, SB live, some processor id have to look up the name of, 128 mb of RAM, and over the amount of memory. I bought the game in one of those buy a game for 10 dollars things, and only got disc 1. If anyone out there has any inforamtion it would be greatly operated, Thanks alot.

Sorry this is my first forum, my thoughts aren't all collected, the problems is the game freezes, or throws me out to the desktop
