Can't Find Servers

Does this in all the mods, TFC, normal HL, and counter strike. It won't find any servers, it'll say it's trying to connect to what i guess is the master server, then try another, then another, then give up. I turned off all the filters, still no good.

did you try updating half-life to 1.1.0.6? you can use Sierra utilities for that or goto www.sierra.com (http://www.sierra.com) for it.
oh and I tried sierra utilities, but it was REALLY slow, so if I were you I'd take my chances on the sierra site ;)

make that 1.1.0.7 :o

This is when you hit the "update" button under "internet games" ?
Because their are thousands of servers and it takes me like 20 minutes to get a full list unfiltered, heh

Still don't work. I had the 1.1.0.6 one, i installed the new 1.1.0.7 one but still no good. Yes i did push the update button. And all the filters are off.

if you have a firewall, maybe thats the problem, try turning it off and see if it works.
you can also try asking sierra tech support by going to www.sierra.com (http://www.sierra.com), click on "support", then click on "ask a question" and they'll answer you by email

I don't have a firewall. However I'm beginning to think the reason may be my dsl provider. Anyone here have aolplus but are able to play cs normally without this problem? I have build aol 16.4097.10527 US (a).

Okay, you might want to try using the gamespy (www.gamespy.com) arcade software to join games.
