problem since downloaded aol 9.0

Every since I downloaded aol 9.0 I have a problem with my computer kicking me off line. I take an online class and while I'm working the problems it just kicks me completely off line. I didn't have this problem before I downloaded 9.0. It comes up and says my computer has encountered a problem and has to shut down. Can you please help me?

Have you tryed AOL tech?

type in TECH as a keyword and it will put you through to live help.

Somtimes they can be very helpfull, othertimes not, but there worth the try seeing as its almost instant help.
