Can't connect B.net from behind Socks proxy

I have problems to connect to Battle.Net server because I am behind the FreeBSD socks5 proxy and on client side use Hummingbird Socks Client. All other Internet applications work fine. Is it possible to play for me?

I've read thread by wacheif "Battle.net(proxy)" - there are no answer on my question.

I've forgotten to say that it is problem with BroodWar (v1.08)
I know for sure that problem is proxy, because my friend had set up the same version of BroodWar and can play B.net (he has real IP)
