Cannot Compose Mail on Optonline.net

I have XP Pro with Nortons System Works 2003 and Firewall 2003 and I can no longer compose mail on optonline.net unless I disable the firewall. I had the 2002 Firewall on and everything worked then I installed 2003 now I can access my webmail and outlook mail but I can no loger compose and send mail. Also I was using Spinner 4.0 and RadioAOL and both only work now if I disable the firewall. I've updated the Firewall to the latest version and configured access, java and active x controls and nothing has worked. Dose anyone have any ideas I can try before I reinstall 2002? I like the features of 2003 better but I'm beginning to think it's not worth the hassel.

It sounds like there was a port configured on your firewall to allow you to do your mail, and that port setting got erased when you installed the new firewall. Does Optonline.net have a help file anywhere that will tell you about any firewall configurations that might be necessary?
