netwaiting

recently installed my new zoom internal modem and have netwaiting and not sure if it is working properly. I know one thing that when someone calls and try to accept the call by using the icons on the pop screen it does not seem to work properly. Also, viewed the help files and tells me what needs setup. On one or more of the dialog menus but cannot find it.

I'm no sure I have the full program installed. if there is a file that can be downloaded to overwrite or an update.
Let me know what steps needed.
