Hi there,
I recently purchased an MP3 player that it says is Plug and Play unless you have W98, in which case you should use the provided software on a CD. I loaded the software and I plugged in the MP3 via the USB connection - the best I have got to getting things working is that an "E" drive flashes on and off in my explorer directory.
I have tried uninstalling the software, reloading many times, but the PC doesnt want to consistantly recognise the connection. Why does it flash on and off ??
Can anyone suggest anything, I am at the end of the road on this.
Thanks very much in advance if anyone can help me.
Anthony.
