Asheron's Call 2 Problem

I have a problem with Asheron's Call 2, i downloaded the trial, worked fine for a while (a few days.) When you first start the game it connects to the Autoupdate Server, well for some reason it started telling me Problem connecting to Autoupdate servers, so i uninstalled the game and reinstalled, the game runs a system checkup when you first use it for compatibility. So NoW it tells me it can't retreive a list of my network adapters, my adapter is working properly and windows reognizes it. So well i figured, i was thinking about restoring to factory settings my PC since i do it on a regular occassion to completely clean it out of junk, so i do that, download the game again thinking it will work fine now, boy was i wrong, same ole same ole. Any ideas on what to do?
