Weird Realm Character Problem!

When i enter my account, at the character selection menu, my barbarian appears in a brown cloak (the ones on OPEN characters) and whenever i select him and try to join or create a game, my comp freezes at the LOADING screen..

Sounds like the character might be corrupted or something. Since it's stored on Blizzards servers, you'll have to contact them about getting it fixed.

E mail them at support@blizzard.com with a detailed description of the problem so they can offer fixes and/or fix it if the problem is with your saved character.

Something is definatley wrong with your character. The brown cloack means battle.net doesnt know what program the user is coming from (diablo, starcraft, warcraft, etc.) Is it a realm character or open?

Ack, Blizzard Tech Support isn't worth $%!^

Did you say your char was a barb? Do you have any other chars, and do they behave the same way? There is a bug right now, that when you slap on 2 2-handed weapons (other than swords) you char will go corrupt and unplayable. I dunno how you can put 2 2-handed weapons other than swords tho. In any case, This is a server side issue, and Blizzard is working on this problem. DO NOT delete your char if this is what happened... They're working on it. (Yeah right...:rolleyes: )

That bug doesnt corrup the character, it just forces the game to crash. Players have found a work around for that particular bug, but in entails JOINING a game and being able to do stuff before it crashes. This guy cant even get into a game.
