NEED HELP PLZ!!!!! cs

damnit ok i need help here for my cs settings i know people keep trying to help me but every time they do it ends up messing me way up. ok urhell was trying to help me out and he thought i had cable or dsl wich i dont and he gave me some commands to put in my console ever since then i lag nonstop and have 2000 ping on average and i get the warning to cl_flushentitypacket about every 5 seconds so bad i cannot play.
the ones he gave me are:

hud_fastswitch 1
fps_max 100
fps_modem 100
cl_updaterate 99
cl_cmdrate 99
rate 5000
max_shells 0
pushlatency-200
gl_texture GL_LINEAR_MIPMAP_LINEAR
s_eax 1
highsound 1
vidd3d 1
cl_models

ok i put all those in and now im in urhell's hell =P but i need the ones i had the defualt. does anyone know the defualts? i was playing fine with them thats all i want =)and i am very computer alliterate so if you could just list them the way i just did with the defualt setting i would be your greatest admirer =) o btw i have 28.8 if u need that hehe.

Yeah...and instead of downloading everything again...why not use the same install and patch files you already have on your computer too?

Delete your cstrike directory then reinstall. You might want to back up your maps directory, and your autoexec.cfg file because of your admin password. But if there are cvars in your autoexec.cfg file delete them and keep the setinfo and admin_password lines.
