The PERFECT necro

I have a necromancer right now hes lvl 62 and I always wonder if its good to max out certain skills. Alot of people told me to max out poisen nova since its better since the patch, and there are some that say max out bone armor and revive. I'm just wondering whats skills are really useful as a necro. I put points to decreptify for dueling because those barbs runs hella fast, and should I go the the poisen skills? Like poisen nova, I'm also wandering if I should max out bone armor because some people tell me don't and some say yes its kinda confusing.
