Can someone help me clean this up. I did the hijackthis scan but do not know what is safe to delete.

I have done the cwshredder and HJT but I do ot know which selections to fix on HJT. here is my HJT log. My homepage is working fine, but my computer is slow.

er......what exactly is the problem? you dont seem to have a browser hijacker.
