Hey I recently did a scan on trendmicro.com and it found the worm "WORM_NACHI.B"
Now it gave me a solution to maunally detach the worm, it read:
Open a command prompt window. Click Start>Run, type CMD and then press the Enter key.
At the command prompt, type the following:
NET STOP "Network Connections Sharing"
Press the Enter key. A message should indicate that the service has been stopped successfully.
Again, at the command prompt, type the following:
NET STOP "Wkspatch"
Press the Enter key. A message should indicate that the service has been stopped successfully.
Close the command prompt window.
Open Registry Editor. To do this, click Start>Run, type REGEDIT, then press Enter.
In the left panel, double-click the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>System>CurrentControlSetServices>
Still in the left panel, delete the subkey:
WksPatch
Close Registry Editor.
I went into CMD and typed out NET STOP "Network Connections Sharing" as it told me too and instead I got an "System Error 1060 has occurred" How do I overcome this in order to remove the worm, can someone help me?
