Another stupid mistake

In the process of trying to figure out my OE problems I blocked a sender. Not only the one with text mistake, but get this, I blocked myself. I was speeding around trying to fix things and inadvertently hit block sender rather than "create a rule".Thinking this was easy to correct like an "unblock command", it wasn't. I checked support.microsoft.com but found no instructions for XP. The fix for every OS but XP were there but no XP.
Hate to be a pain but this has turned into a very bad day. If anyone has instructions and a little compassion help please. Bob

goto tools-->> message rules-->> click on blocked senders list
