hotmail help

I can open up a new email message in hotmail and all the fields are active except for the body of the message I want to send. I cannot type anything in this field. I was able to email fine a few weeks ago - I run an active virus scan at all times and I've restarted the computer to no avail - any ideas on where to start figuring this out?

Perhaps you could toggle your preferences between sending mail as HTML and sending it as text. Perhaps it's called ritch text formatting on hotmail or something like that...

Anyways maybe that will help ???
