Crazy Diablo 2 Error

I'm in one of Tal Rasha's Tombs on Nightmare mode and I died. However, my body was resurrected right next to my corpse, only I can't do anything. I have only 1 health, all the monsters ignore me, I can't attack any of them, I can't pick up or use any items in my inventory, and I also can't interact with any of the surround scenery, so I'm basically stuck in this tomb. I don't want to lose any of my items and the guys I killed before I died dropped some nice unique stuff, so I'm trying to find a way to fix this without exiting the game. Please help, I have no clue what's going on!

Ouch, sounds like a mem error/glich if you can go into the mode to save the game try saving it, after backing up your old save first ofcourse, and see if that works if not you'll have to exit.... :(
