For a while now, Ive had my eye on this gamepad:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=11,CONTENTID=6951

I like it because its similar to the PS2 controller, and its only $20. I go down to bestbuy to try it before I buy, and theres something totally wrong with this controller: The part where the analog sticks move around at is SQUARE! SQUARE! What idiot designed this? Thats totally useless. Its a damn minature joystick, its supposed to move in a circle. So I looked at the next one up for $29, SQUARE AGAIN! I looked at a few other controllers, they all had round, but they were too much $$$. 'teh suck' as they say.

If you want a ps2 gamepad, then just use a ps2 gamepad. If you already have one, awesome. If you don't, go out and buy one. Then, go to RadioShack and get the PSX to USB converter for ten bucks. You plug the converter into your USB port, then you plug the controller into that.

Nifty device. Also works with DDR pads.
