Netwaiting Caller ID

Alright I have had Netwaiting for a while and it's a great feature and worked perfectly for a while when I first got it. The Caller ID showed me who it was and when I was done with the call I could log back on the internet perfectly without have getting disconnected. Then a couple months back for some reason when I used it the box would pop up when I got a call and I could still choose whether I wanted to reject it or accept it but for some reason the Caller ID doesn't show me the number anymore so I just have to choose it or reject it without knowing who it is. It worked before and I don't know what happened. Can anyone help?

Have you checked with the phone company to make sure you still have caller ID?

I still do have caller ID because whenever I'm not on the internet it shows up on my Caller ID on the phone.

its most likely a driver or netwaiting itself thats gotten corrupted. did you switch isps?

I tried to redownload it and now the Caller ID works but now I don't have the "Outgoing call" button anymore
