ActiveX-how can i fix/replace it?

my browser repetidly says "ActiveX doesn't work properly withthis configuration" ,then i go to Windows update and says "administrators only"
What can i do?

well,the browser says this pop up""ActiveX doesn't work properly with this configuration,maybe this page don't see properly" then some files start to download but them stop and the message is "go to windows update to download" ,i go to WU and says_"Administrators Only " and i cannot actualize the activeX controls
What ca I do?
