Downloading and Installing Flash

Hi! I can't seem to download and install Flash. Whenever I try to do this I go to the support page and am told to wait while it autodownloads and the box will change to indicate it's been installed.

Nothing happens. :(

Do you ever see this dialog box:

If not, then you're probably using Mozilla or something to download the player. Try it again with IE.
