Help! Whenever I try to access a web-site or check e-mail, I get the message This program has performed an illegal operation. When I check why, It says I EXPLORE invalid fault page in module STOOLBAR.DLL at 0177:01b3dlda. My daughter tried disabling the msbb on control alt delete because it was not responding, and the net has been working for a while. Instant messengers don't seen to be affected, just web sites. What is going wrong, and what is msbb? I tried the dummies book, no help. Thanks!

its spyware. kill it. whatever that toolbar is, remove it also.

redwench, thanks so much for your help. I downloaded spybot search and destroy and ran it. I had 287 hits. Wow! I tired everything after restarting, so far so good. Thanks so much! the e-mails were stacking up! Keep up the good work! Rockstar.
