On the first computer, what is the exact error that you're getting? When was the last time you were able to log on with the account in question?

On the other computer, the problem is that something has corrupted your game executable to the point that Battle.net can't recognize it (for patching purposes). If you're using a no-CD crack on that computer, uninstall the game, reinstall it and attempt to connect without the crack. Scan your system for viruses with an up-to-date antivirus program and run Scandisk/chkdsk to check for possible hard disk errors.
