I have a new Toshiba Satellite A20-S259 laptop that should meet halo's minimum requirements but I get an error message that says halo has serious issues with my video driver. Haven't been able to resolve through Toshiba support. Anyone know of a workaround?

has any oter program that you use on your toshiba displayed error messages about your video driver too? try updating your video driver, or find out which driver halo needs.

I looked up some info on your laptop and found that is uses Trident's CyberBlade XP2 Video Processor. Checking Halo's site, only NVIDIA, ATI, and Matrox are officially supported. You can always try updating the game and drivers.

Halo update: http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/1/6/416cd169-d8c4-42a1-8a31-7d1e2d34e13a/patch1.0-1.04.exe

Driver update: ftp://www.ali.com.tw/driver/int205.zip

Hope this helps.
