empire earth

i uninstall empire earth and now when i try and reinstall empire earth. a message comes up and tells me that it is still on the system but i deleted from the add/remove program. it tries to repair it and it says that it has reloaded the info. the was deleted stop still does not work and every time i try to install it says the same thing and i have tried many ways to get empire earth to install but have not been able to.
