File Folders Won't Open

I was in tinkering around trying to change my file folders image, and I changed something wrong. It went like this Control Panel>Appearance and Themes>Folder Options>File Types. Then I changed "File Folders" so that "open" won't work and now in My Documents for example I double click a file folder and it won't open. I have to right click explore and it's so annoying. Someone help me.

Did you try going in and restoring the defaults ?

I reset all defaults, I was thinking returning it to factory settings but I don't know how.

Alright I know you people are reading this, I really need this fixed fast. So just post any bit of help.

Do a system restore back to before you changed whatever it was you changed.

it wont work i try that i still get the open with box when i double click

Right Click and Choose Save As :

When saved Right Click on the Registry entries and select Merge ..
Its my Folder Registry Entries .. I have removed NAV and Winrar shortcuts from it ..
