Umm... what process(es) does Task Manager say are eating up your CPU time?

If it says that System Idle Process is using up 99% of your CPU time, that's normal.

it says sheit.exe is using the most

Hmm, Google didn't find anything on that one...

I know you said that you don't have any viruses, but I also know that it's very easy for someone to claim that. Here are some free online virus scanners, all courtesy of Google:

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm

http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/licence.php

Also, run an adware/spyware scan with these two programs:

Ad-aware - http://www.lavasoft.de
Spybot: Search and Destroy - http://security.kolla.de

Are you sure its called sheit.exe? Theres absolutely nothing on that exe anywhere, there should be if thats the correct name. Either that or its a brand new virus that hasnt been assessed yet.

well... sheit.exe sure sounds like shit to me.. it might be a virus that just isnt popular that just uses your resources. ive never heard of that file, and apparently noone else has either. where is it located? when did you start seeing that? run your computer.. check your registry to see where its getting called at. try deleting it in safe mode or in dos..
