My Favorites freeze IE6 up.

I was just messing around with this program called Powerstrip 3. It was a free trial from my newest Maximum PC magazine. I was changin all kinds of stuff like overclockin my GeForce 2, and changin the colors. Stuff like that, Now everytime I go into IE and open my favorites, and click on any one of them it freezes everything and stops responding. I then have to restart IE. My homepage is Google and it works if I type in a URL, just not my favorites. I have since uninstalled Powerstrip 3 and also restarted, but it still does it. Please help I really don't want to loose all my favorites. Thanks for any help you can give me.:(

By the way this also happens when I click on anything in hostory. If I click on my favs in the start menu they work fine. I will try the IE repair tool and see what happens.:( Repair tool did nothing so thats a no go. This is only happening with the toolbar buttons not anything else. It seems that when I click on the link it shows the connecting bar and the hard drive makes noise and it connects but the page i'm on dosen't change and everything freezes except the close button. Well I just minimized some of the favs in my list to folders. Of course now everything works go figure. Why are these things so darn tempermental?? LOL well thanks anyways : )
