when I want to login as administrator at WinXP,
WinXp creates one temporary administrator like "name_of_computer.administrator" and creates all folders for new user, like my documents, desktop etc. The same thing was happend when I want to login in Safe mode.

there may be so many causes behind this:
you have changed your computer's name, you have changed your workgroup/domain( if you are on network), or renamed workgroup.whenever you change any identity related thing of your system, a new user profile gets created.
