I have outlook 98 and I archive my emails after every 14 days. The problem is I can't send my archived items to show under a archive folder I have created. I can view my archive items using file, archive items, then select okay and the items appear. In a matter of 20 seconds even if I am in the middle of viewing them the archives items go away. My question is how do I setup a folder for my archive items to show in the folder list? How do I prevent the archive items I am viewing to stop disappearing?
