Bootable CD

I am trying to create a bootable symantec ghost cd. I am using Roxio to burn it and emulate the ghost bootable files from the floppy that Boot Wizard made me. When all is said and done, and I reboot, the BIOS loads, and then it says

1. FD 1.44mb System Type-(00)

and hangs. I just want it to boot smoothe like my windows CD. How can I do this.
I have a NEC CD-RW 40x10x40

When I tried it on a different computer it did the same thing except the 00 was a 0F
