When you create websites for a hobby do you code or use a program?

I use a variety of tools depending on what the site needs. My usual routine is to first create quick table layouts in FrontPage 2000, then open it up in Homesite 4.5 and clean up the code, as well as insert the text and image links and other HTML elements.

For scripts, I use UltraEdit 32, which allows me to open and edit several scripts at the same time, usually to compare and to truncate. Sure beats wordpad by a long shot ;)
