In an upgrade for our clan the Silent Slayers, I have purchased us a domain, a host, and everything that comes with it.

We opted for a generic domain so that it is a general purpose place. Sort of like a counter-strike community. We have community forums powered by the almighty vBulliten, the infamous |>SS<| site, and of course the counter-strike server and the stats for it too!

We are looking for parners, affiliates, whatever. We are also looking for forum trolls and counter-strike players. We hope to grow and become a large community of friends. Eventually I may actually put news on the main page, but for now, it is just a splash page.

All you see was work done by myself. I have set-up each and every aspect of it (even my first experince with PHP & MySQL for vBulliten). All the graphics all the everything.

On another note, get this! GSL is having a CS tournament on Super Bowl Sunday! Yeah! A great deal of players I will get for the damn match! I wanna watch the game too!

True, a little too much DHTML on the splash. I can picture a newbie to the site keep clicking back to the splash page and tapping his fingers while it loads. I am prolly gonna take that off.


I got vBulliten a while back from a friend who's license ran out some time ago. :( So I am stranded, when I had it, I didn't know anything about MySQL and PHP so I didn't even bother installing it.:o

And the latest is only 2.2.2......We aren't that far back.:rolleyes:

If this is a good CS server, low pings, anti-cheat software, etc, then go post over at TG in the FPS forum and you might get a few people to frequent it.
They're currently out of a server, if they even play CS any more.

I was working about 3 hours to get a new frontpage up and it is now done. We are growing slowly, I encourage all you people to come, play, and enjoy.
